Here are the molding steps:

Boil water / put off heat Immerse the mouthguard in the pan for 45 seconds.

Remove the mouthguard using pliers or another utensil then wait about ten seconds.

Place the mouthguard in your mouth to mold it (be careful not to scald yourself!)

Clench your teeth for at least 45 seconds and press your fingers on your upper lips and cheeks along the mouthguard;

Remove the mouth guard and immerse it in a bowl of cold water to harde
